They are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to ensure their brand and achievements remain at the forefront of their clients’ minds for the foreseeable.

This role reports into Reports into the Head of Marketing

1. To manage a Marketing Executive with the business, coach and develop this individual
2. Work with part of the wider marketing teams, one person in APAC, ASIA, LATAM (a mini marketing community) hence this job title having the word Field. There’s one person per region (field)

Objective – to drive success with the commercial team for EMEA region

• Create and schedule the Live Events program – work with internal teams
• Be an enthusiast of Digital and performance marketing
• Manage the channel mix – identify what’s working, what’s not, what is driving results in the EMEA region
• Oversee SEO and PPC performance, use the data team that will provide a report on results.
• analyse the data and make recommendations on how to improve performance, define any changes/improvements that need to be made
• embrace the autonomy & ownership, communicate findings and ideas to stakeholders & senior management & managers as well as your direct report.

There are various channels to focus on – omni channel – will be responsible for this SEO, PPC, social & additional digital channels
