 Main purpose of role:

  • Liaise with Senior Producer(s)
  • To Produce Jobs from refreshes to new creative
  • To continue to develop relationships with CC
  • To build on existing and create relationships with new clients


Key Responsibilities:

– To manage / cross reference PO’s for 3rd party suppliers

– To advise and develop Clear cast relationships internally by advising co-coordinators and Junior Producing from your experience

– To advise and offer solutions for internal/ external problems with tv/radio/digital spots

– To advise and report on the development of Project-coordinators and Junior Producers to their mentor

– To complete the 3-stage process in accordance with what stage you are at in production

– To prepare, create and report on the PNL/ forecasting for the projects you are producing

–  Maintain and develop 3rd party relationships

– Track and review client amends

–  Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to client and project team

– To continue and develop relationships with the creative/ studio teams

– To Produce and manage project plans

– To produce multiple projects across a spectrum of clients

– To cover Account Producers jobs when they are on annual leave/ sick/ compassionate/ OOO

– To manage clients regularly and discuss clearly each stage of production

– To Manage and train clients on the phased approach and the organization’s ways of working.

– To manage and organize 3rd party studios and preparing/organizing film shoots

– To show a good understanding of creative packages and what they are used for within production (and the lead times)

– To work/ Lease with the leads of all departments to make sure issues, praises are communicated clearly and offer solutions

– To Manage, train and develop the coordinator on your account to work and execute tasks efficiently and correctly

– To support Senior Producers across key accounts.


Essential requirements for this role:

–    Good knowledge of Macs

–    Excellent communication skills

–    Highly Organized

–    Enjoys and adapts well to working in a team

–    High energy and a desire to succeed

–    Keen interest in advertising & marketing, both online and on TV

–    To have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Junior Producer in a   creative agency, showing executions of a range of projects
